What we are looking for: A sync agent/agency with a proven track record of regularly procuring sync licensing deals; exclusivity for only greater Los Angeles area for pitching/representing the Tremorland Music catalog; one year rep-agreement (renewal possible, if both parties agree); 50% of any upfront sync fees to sync agent.
Tremorland Music has a co-publishing agreement with an audio house/library in New York which has been a great set up with various national and international pipelines in place. However, we strongly feel that a great sync agent with solid inside connections in place, for only the L.A. territory, will be a great asset.
We are still relatively new, with just about two years in existence, and currently have 150 exclusive titles in our constantly growing catalog. With cut-downs (generally 60sec, 30sec, underscores, stingers) we pack 760 tracks over eleven albums, administered and hosted on SourceAudio. We work with about 13 composers, carefully curating production music albums.
Stylistically, the majority of our albums focuses on advertising and documentary producers with a mostly instrumental, media ready packaging. However, Tremorland Music has recently signed a publishing agreement to represent carefully selected segments of Analog Rock Machine Studios’ catalog. The latter are a production house and record label nourishing mostly retro-pop and retro-rock vocal-oriented artists. The first of this series is THE GROOVEES album which can be previewed along with the other, instrumental albums below. We are soon adding more of Analog Rock Machine Studios’ artists’ productions for sync license procurements. For this setup with Analog Rock Machine Studios, publishing rights clearances will be immediate; master rights clearances will be handled very quickly as those rights are in our direct partners’ court.
Our NY partners have placed our music in advertising and TV networks such as MTV, CBS, A&E, HISTORY, VICE/HBO and their music supervising team has helped in providing music for the following shows:
